Eucalyptus Globulus

Also known as "The Tasmanian blue gum" is a tree species of considerable commercial importance, extensively cultivated across southern Australia and in Mediterranean climates worldwide.

This species is typically managed as a short-rotation crop, with a growth cycle of 10 to 15 years. It yields high-quality woodchips, which are primarily exported for use in pulp and paper manufacturing in Asia.

Radiata Pine

Also known as "Pinus radiata" is arguably the preeminent plantation forestry species in Australia, extensively grown throughout southern regions of the country.

Radiata pine is utilised in the production of mass timber items, including cross-laminated and glue-laminated beams, as well as in the creation of paper and packaging products, encompassing newsprint and cardboard.

Collaborative Forestry Partnerships

The MWO plantation project encompasses several schemes, including the development of both freehold and leasehold plantation projects. We aim to collaborate with business partners through various schemes, such as joint venture partnerships. Our approach also involves working closely with private landowners to explore different schemes that fit their needs. Additionally, we provide property management services by leveraging our expertise in forest management.
